Be clear about your Services here

And feel free to add some vibe (or more benefit) here

Inquire about XYZ!

At the top of the page, demonstrate your understanding of who the reader is and what they’re struggling with.

If “struggling” doesn’t work for their situation (maybe your work is more on the luxury or “nice to have” spectrum), you can focus on what they’re dreaming of or craving.

You’re not poking at pain points – you’re showing them that you really see and get where they are right now.

THE VIBE:

Does this sound familiar?

Can you relate?

Have you ever felt this way?

Share a peek into what’s possible!

Here’s the opposite of what they’re struggling with.

What’s your reader craving or hoping for? Show them what’s possible if they could have what they want and what their life could be like. Evoke emotion with specific and sensory details.

(But keep it focused and realistic! The transformation you’re offering doesn’t have to be 0-100 in order for it to be really meaningful.)

THE VIBE:

What if things were different?

This could be you.

Imagine if...

Introduce your solution here

You can keep it high level for now!

Introduce the name of the offer/service and a brief, high-level elevator pitch that connects to the reader’s desired transformation. What’s the ultimate impact/outcome for the reader? Aim for direct, honest, and simple. You’ll get to unpack it in way more detail in future sections!

Some bullets can work really well here, with 3-5 amazing benefits. (You’ll talk about the specific features later!)

Remind the reader who you are

And relate your experience to this particular offer

Share your credibility in a brief bio that relates to the offer or service on this page. You’re inviting your reader to invest in you/your work, so you need to demonstrate why they should listen to you and trust you.

Keep it focused –

What relevant experiences or credentials are you bringing to the table? Why are you the one who can help your client? (You don’t need to get into your entire brand story or all the fun stuff here – that’s what your About page is for.)

You can tell them why you created this offer, what you want to help them achieve, how many years you’ve done this or how many clients just like them you’ve helped. Get them excited to work with you specifically!

I hope these Q & A's give you more clarity and confidence to decide if you want us to meet :)

1.

OMG, TRAUMA! Sensitive? It sounds kind of over the top. What do you mean, when you say you work in a "trauma-sensitive" way?

What this type of work means is, that no matter your history, I focus on ways of communicating and working together that make you feel held in a safe and relaxing environment, so you can "lower your walls" to process things you've been holding by yourself for so long.
2.

How do you work like that?

Working in a trauma-sensitive way, means a lot of empathy, active listening, body-cueing, as well as opening room and acknowledgement for your verbal and non-verbal expression. It could be seen this way: emotions are welcomed, even when the logic has no explanation for them.
3.

Why do you like working in a trauma-sensitive way?

Because no matter the person, this approach brings into consideration that everyone has a history of their own, which includes many other histories beyond their own (ancestral work). This is so important, because it helps us uncover the behavioural patterns that are stored in the body generation after generation, so we can acknowledge what they have been trying to teach us. This way we set them free and recover more energy and health for ourselves.
4.

How do I know if I am experiencing trauma or it's only stress?

When you experience a stressful situation that doesn't trigger a traumatic response, you are able to use that stress to grow (e.g. when you are studying for a test... when your life doesn't depend on it). However, a traumatic response will often have you feeling in an unmanageable state of either fight, flight, freeze, complacency or hopelessness. The first is to feel truly seen and acknowledge, so you can process the stuck emotions.
5.

How does a "somatic therapy session" look like?

Usually it starts by setting the space so you feel relaxed. Sometimes it can even start with play or movement, so you get out energy that is bothering you. Then we help you get into a meditative state and depending on the type of work, we would use either touch, guided imagination, sounds, smells or nature-sensing, so you can feel these inputs at a deeper level. By the end of the session, I'll bring you back to a state of full consciousness and we'll have a chat.

6.

What is the difference between "Somatic Alignment", "channeling" and "ecosomatics"?

  • Somatic Alignment is a method that includes movement and touch for you to process stuck emotions at different levels.
  • Channeling uses a meditative state to bring into conscious awareness the interpretation of internal states.
  • Ecosomatics focuses on connecting with local nature at deep awareness to foster grounding and presence.

7.

Why do you trust working with somatics and astrology?

Because these are tools that incorporate the differentiation and management of our personal, social and environmental energies through acknowledgement of our states (through neurobiology, endocrinology and cycles), so that we can return to balance, or better said, health thanks to frequencies and rhythms better suited to our own nature.
8.

I've seen videos of Somatic Alignment. Do I also have to scream, cry or move during a session?

Not at all. Your session can perfectly look like a very calm one and it would still be a very powerful one. It's all about building trust within yourself to feel what needs to be felt. During that path we will also build a deeper relationship of trust, where I fully respect and acknowledge your pace to feel the moment when I am safe enough for you to be held at deeper levels.

9.

How do you work with cycle sync'ing?

Whenever you would like to focus on naturally balancing your feminine cycle, we would use cycle and hormone tracking to implement habits that are better suited for each one of your cycle phases. Think about types of food, levels of movement, type of activities and productivity, goal and cycle strategy setting, as well as social contact. All guided towards allowing yourself to feel and balance your internal states.
10.

How does the Habit Change Coaching Method work?

This is a series of sessions that are built to address the why, what, how, who, when and where to be of the person you are and want to become. It gives you just the right and necessary amount of input and exercises, but also the safe space for you to undergo your desired transformation at the rhythm that is right for you.
11.

Do you only work in presence or do you also work online?

  • For most of the work, you can decide how would you prefer us to work.
  • In case you choose the online option, you would need to make sure you can provide a comfortable and safe space to hold the sessions.
  • Due to the nature of the Somatic Alignment Therapy, I'm currently only certified to hold the sessions in presence.
12.

I would really like working with you, but I'm not sure how I can work my financial situation to do it.

If you feel this is the right type of work for you, but you're not sure you have the means to do it, you can still send me a message. We would call each other, so you can explain your situation to me and we can work out a type of arrangement that suits us both and you are also happy with :)

Just clic the button below to go to the contact page!
13.

I have other questions that are not listed here. Could I still ask you without any commitment involved?

Sure! No presure at all. It's important that you clear off your doubts before you make any decision. Whether this is the right type of work for you now, in some months, a year or maybe never, you still have the right to see whether this approach could help you out.

Just click the button down below to go to the contact page and unload your questions :)
